Actually, dreams come from your spirit. Thoughts themselves are spirit. So if you are having thoughts about anything during the day, your spirit takes the thoughts that you have throughout the day and translates them into a dream language. That’s why dreams are so hard to understand, because they are in a spirit language. Dreams are just your spirits way of visualising your everday and past experiences. So whatever your thoughts are about your ex or fantasies are being manifested in your dream life by your spirit.
