I have been talkin 2 this guy 4 about a month now. We have been 2gether everyday, just about. I am 32, he is 39. We hit it off from the jump, as if we have knew each other 4 ever. We immediately wanted to date exclusively. Thing is, this “relationship” is DRAMA free, no kind of abuse and that is new for me. He is very intelligent, wise and ****. He tells me that he really likes me alot. The *** is good….totally attentive and all. (first for that as well). I can actually be myself with him and its ok. We balance each other. He completes me. Now what I am trying 2 figure out since this is really, REALLY new 4 me, is have I fallen in love with his spirit (person) or the idea of this “perfect” relationship. I asked him about it, but since he has never been “in love”, he could not speak on it. But I would like to know this feeling that I am having, its really intense. How can I tell the difference between being in love with him or just the idea of finally finding that “perfect” relatnshp.
We have had a few disagreements, which is another thing that is wonderful. We actually talk about the issues instead of blowing up and breaking up. For the first time, I realized that you can have a disagreement and talk about WITHOUT having to cause DRAMA or break up.
