I bought an Innotek Free Spirit No Bark Collar because my otherwise wonderful dog is driving us crazy. Now I am a little afraid to use it on my beloved 18 mo. old Bichon. He is VERY annoying with the barking – you can’t watch tv or talk or even think. My other dog, a female Bichon Frise barks once or twice and then she’s done, but he doesn’t stop.
